Consumer Circles Web Site

Consumer Circles is an online subscription-based service where consumers rate, review and research local businesses as a collective service to one another. The goal is to help consumers make informed choices about their local businesses when shopping around. In addition to designing the Web site, I first designed the Consumer Circles logo.

Good for users:

Site is optimized for maximum speed for dial-up home users. Interface is simple with easy-to-follow context to the navigation—it gets users "in and out" quickly.

Good for client:

Design is highly modular and templated so the look can be controlled via CSS and PHP includes, and the content can be dynamically generated from a PHP controlled database. An absolute minimum of "front-end" involvement is needed by the site's administrator to maintain its integrity.
