This is a test of background images on HTML and BODY

This is a preliminary test to see if adding a second background image to the theming tool would be useful.

Test it in all browsers and see if it behaves properly.

1. There is a x-repeating pattern and color on HTML.
2. There is a no-repeat image on BODY and no bg color.
3. There is a bg color on div.wrap

So what?

It works as I want it to in all the IEs we support. It works in Webkit and Firefox (as expected).

So … This proof of concept shows that we could add a second background image to the theming tool. It allows for much more powerful theme designs.
